The iCloud service makes copies of all the files that have been saved and keeps them safe. But having your files safe and having them available are two entirely different concepts. So to stay on the safe side, it is better to have a backup of the files that you are about to save in iCloud. The method of backing up Calendars from your Mac Firstly, launch the Calendar.
