When Registry Editor will open, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WlanSvc\Parameters\HostedNetworkSettings\
Right-click On HostedNetworkSettings option by tapping right pane.
Choose Delete.

When the user completes the procedure, then they can reboot the PC and try again connecting the mobile hotspot.
