You can try the basic step of every troubleshooting process, reboot your device. When a device is restarted, its network connections also restart due to which sometimes the device automatically join again with the earlier connected networks.

Most of the time, the update include fixes for network connectivity issue. So you should definitely try updating your operating system. Go in the settings and check for the Windows update and if there is any newer version available, then update your Windows.

Reset your IPv6 settings, to further proceed type cmd on the search box of your PC, after this; the Command Prompt app will be open.

Select “Run as Administrator”, after that all the IPv6 Settings will be reset.
If you are using a cellular device, reset your mobile network settings. This will fix all the settings back to the normal or default.

If you find any virtual private network connections on your device.

Disable it now because the VPN connections disable the IPv6 connections for securing the network so might be there is any VPN connection ON on your device which had disabled your device’s IPv6 connection.

Sometimes the firewall issues disabled the iPV6 networks, so try to fix this issue by Disabling your firewall or reset its settings.

Press the Windows key+ R, then type services.msc in the appeared box.

Select OK. This will open multiple system services options.

Now, hover downwards and find IP Helper.

Right-click the name of the service and choose Properties. Locate “Disabled your IP Helper Service”, which manages iPv6 connectivity.

Now, select Disabled then OK.

Restart your PC.

Restarting your router and modem can also fix this issue. If you are at home and try to connect to your home network.

Maybe the modem or router is creating the problem, so reset your router and modem and turn off your device modem and router. Then turn on it.

Choose your router as an administrator. To do so, go to Controls and then turn the settings to Auto Detect.

Restart your device then IPV6 connection will be active in a bit.

Set the IPv6 tunnel settings, to do so choose the “6to4 tunnel “option on your router’s settings.

All these fixes will fix your problem, and if they did not then contact the manufacturer of your device.
